Chicken Alfredo sauce




Pasta Alfredo sauce has become famous in America for Italian-American cuisine. In Italy and Europe the name Alfredo sauce is basically unknown.

Alfredo is the name of the Italian guy created menu fettuccine al burro( with butter and Parmesan cheese)

For more favor,I add sundied tomatoes. For less fat, I reduced butter and cream.

Ingredient:

  • 1 cup Left over baked chicken, diced
  • 1/2 cup of cream
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 1/4 cub grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cub grated asiago cheese or Romano cheese
  • 2 table spoon olive oil or buttor.
  • 2 clove of garlics, smashed
  • 2 table spoon chopped parsley
  • 1/3 cub sundried tomatoes in oil
  • chili flake optional
  • (1/2-lb.) package pasta, cooked according to package instructions :
Directions:

  1. heat oil in medium high heat, add garlic cook until golden brown,take the garlic out.

  2. Add chicken,sundried tomatoes, stir well.

  3. Add cream and milk, when sauce is boiling, turn the heat to low , add cheese.

  4. Add cooked pasta in the sauce pan, add parsley ,stir and cook for 45-60 second.

  5. Serve warm, top with grated Parmesan cheese if desire.
